Glendale's Palacio Sidelined for Season Thursday, July 15th , 2083 The season is ending on a bad note for Guillermo Palacio, reliever for the Glendale Bruisers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Palacio was hurt against the East Lansing Mighty Gulls while throwing a pitch. He suffered shoulder inflammation and will be out for at least 6 months. Over the season, Palacio has made 31 relief appearances with 10 saves. He has K'd 23 batters in 33.1 innings, yielded 12 walks and has a 4.86 ERA. Palacio's record this year is 5-5. |
