Beta Conference Selects Best Performer Monday, May 29th , 2079 The top batter in the Beta Conference last week was Jason Wedel, who batted .722 and towered above everybody with a 5-game hitting barrage. During the week Wedel banged out a .722 batting average (13-for-18), 1 home run, 5 runs batted in and scored 8 runs. Today the Trois-Rivieres first baseman received the BC Player of the Week Award. Currently Wedel is batting .303 with 12 home runs and 27 RBIs. |
