Angelo Valenzuela Hurt, Out for Year Saturday, May 1st , 2083 Angelo Valenzuela will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Milwaukee starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Valenzuela was injured while throwing a pitch in the Explorers-Stompers clash at Explorers Park recently. Doctors said he has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 10-11 months. This season in 6 starts, Angelo Valenzuela has a record of 1-1 with 16 strikeouts in 31.1 innings and a 3.45 ERA. |
