Sunday, September 8th , 2080
At the age of 23, Tommy Sorenson says he still has a lot to learn about life in RSL Double A.

But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the Ames Lake Jackalopes reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2080 Alpha Conference Reliever of the Year Award.

"I hope to win this a few more times before all is said and done in my career," the
Lake Zurich, Illinois native said.

For the season, Sorenson had 34 saves in 46 relief appearances, which totaled 46. He fanned 53 betters, while walking 14 and put up a record of 4-1 to go with his 1.76 ERA.

He received 30 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Avery Slade of the Montgomery Counts finished second in voting, while Hector Roybal of the Tampico Bucaneros finished third.
