Alpha Conference Crowns Lexington's Luna Wednesday, September 11th , 2075 This past season was outstanding for Dan Luna. The Lexington mound star sizzled with a 9-2 record and captured the prestigious 2075 AC Outstanding Pitcher Award. The Partisans hurler posted a 2.59 ERA in 20 starts with 145 strikeouts and 24 walks in 149.2 innings. Luna limited opposing teams to a .218 batting average. He received 14 first place votes out of a possible 30. Corey LaCognata of the Pawtucket Patriots finished second in voting with 11 first place votes, while Arturo Covarrubias of the Ames Lake Jackalopes finished third with 5 first place votes.
