Astronauts Crowned Kings of the Beta Conference Saturday, August 7th , 2083 The Sudbury Astronauts may have made it look easy, but the club said winning the Beta Conference was no easy feat. With a record of 76-35, the team has wrapped up the division in plenty of time to prepare for the postseason, where they will vie for the franchise's 3rd League Championship. "We may have won the division by a large number of games, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a lot of hard work," said reliever Bill Duffy. "We put a lot into this and now it's time to focus on the League Championship." |
