Everything went the way of the Montgomery Counts, who not only came away with the 3-0 victory over Eagle Mountain, but also held Garza hitless in 4 at-bats to put an end to his 21-game hitting streak. "It was a good run," Garza said afterward. "It would be much easier to take right now if we had won." Thus far this year, Garza is batting .304 with 15 home runs, 68 RBIs and 53 runs scored. |
