Commodores Livan Leon Down and Out for Year
Tuesday, August 3rd , 2083
"I'm frustrated right now," said Worcester starting pitcher Livan Leon. "I can't help this team by sitting on the bench or in the training room." Unfortunately for the Commodores, that's where he will be spending 5-6 months. Leon suffered bone chips in his elbow in today's game against Saint Paul while throwing a pitch. "Believe me," he said, "I won't be out a day longer than I have to be."
On the year, Leon has compiled a 3-10 mark with a 7.18 ERA.
