Lacroix Crashes 3 HR Against Tampico Wednesday, July 13th , 2078 The Tampico Bucaneros knocked off the Lexington Partisans, 9-8, in spite of a fantastic performance by Partisans right fielder William Lacroix, who Lacroix drilled three home runs but couldn't bring home the victory. "It's like going to the prom with the prettiest girl in school, having a great time, but then not getting a good night kiss," Lacroix said later. Lacroix finished the day with 3 hits in 5 at-bats, 6 RBI and 3 runs scored. William Lacroix flied out in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Ricardo Guajardo in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Ricardo Guajardo in the 6th, struck out in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off Ricardo Maese in the 9th. Currently Lacroix is hitting .272 and has collected 20 home runs, 46 RBIs and scored 32 times, while playing in 63 games. |
