Player of the Week: Saint Paul's Flores Monday, June 27th , 2078 Beta Conference pitchers tried and tried all week long to stop Raul Flores, but to no avail. His eyes would light up when he came to the plate and he hit everything in sight, batting .400 for the week to win the BC Player of the Week Award. The Saint Paul third baseman cracked 10 hits in 25 at-bats, 4 home runs, drove in 6 runs and scored 5 times. Thus far this season, Flores has hit .225 with 13 home runs, 37 RBIs and scored 26 times. |
