Mountaineers Lose Metastasio for Season Sunday, June 26th , 2078 The season is ending on a bad note for Beppe Metastasio, starting pitcher for the Reno Mountaineers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Metastasio was hurt against the Saint Paul Saints while throwing a pitch.
