Kevin Moles Wallops 3 Homers for Bulldogs Friday, June 28th , 2080 Whatever Kevin Moles ate for breakfast before his game against the Oceanside Barnstormers, it gave him some impressive power. The Rockford right fielder smacked three balls up and out of the park at Barnstormers Ballpark. His home run barrage helped the Bulldogs defeat the Barnstormers, 14-4. "When they throw it in your wheelhouse, you've got a shot at a homer," he told BNN reporters after the game. "I got three shots today and nailed them all." On his 3-homer day, he went 4-for-6, scored 3 times, drove in 7 and put on a display that history will remember. Kevin Moles grounded out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Luis Casillas in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Luis Casillas in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Jim Foreman in the 7th and flied out in the 9th. In 2080 Moles has hit at a .268 clip with 60 hits, 9 home runs, 37 RBIs and has scored 28 times. |
