BC #1 Pitcher in May is Henderson's Gonzales Wednesday, June 1st , 2078 It's a rarity when someone out of the pen gets recognition as the Beta Conference Pitcher of the Month, but that's exactly what happened today as Henderson reliever, David Gonzales, earned May's title. He tossed 15 innings, posting a 2-0 mark, 0.60 ERA, sitting down 18 on strikes and also nailing down 8 saves in his 13 relief appearances. To date he has nailed down 13 saves for his club. In 22 relief appearances, Gonzales has 32 strikeouts in 28.1 innings with a 0.32 ERA and a 4-0 mark. |
