Star of the Week Honored in BC Monday, June 3rd , 2080 All week long Alex Melecio made the highlight reels and made headlines -- his name and face were everywhere. So it was no surprise to anyone when he was chosen the Beta Conference's Player of the Week for his standout performance. Melecio put up a solid set of stats, compiling a .409 average (9-for-22) and contributing 5 home runs and 10 RBIs to claim the honor.
