Springer Batters Lamoine for 5 Hits Friday, May 13th , 2078 Brandeis Springer said "it felt like taking batting practice" at Axemen Ballpark, and it showed in the box score. The Honolulu right fielder had a fantastic 5-for-6 day against the Lamoine Shockwave, leading his club to victory, 14-10. "I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Springer said later." Brandeis Springer singled in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, doubled in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 7th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
