Luis Casillas Injured, Out for Year Friday, June 16th , 2079 The Oceanside Barnstormers will be without the services of Luis Casillas for 4 months after an incident in a game against the Ames Lake Jackalopes. The 19-year-old starting pitcher was injured while throwing a pitch and suffered a torn back muscle. On the season, Casillas has compiled a 1-4 mark with a 7.57 ERA in 13 starts. In pitching 60.2 innings he has 71 strikeouts and 28 walks while limiting the opposition to a .341 batting average. |
