Braun Catches up on Yard Work -- Slams 4 Homers Thursday, April 8th , 2083 Hitting a single home run is a tough task. Hitting two in a game is impressive. Hitting three is remarkable. Anything beyond that is borderline unbelievable -- yet that's what Allen Braun did today in the 15-6 Nevada Seafarers victory over the Lexington Partisans. Braun went 4-for-5 with 4 home runs and drove in 9 runs in a once-in-a-lifetime feat that the opposing manager later labeled "impossible." "I don't believe it really happened," Partisans manager joked to BNN reporters afterward. "I don't ever enjoy losing a game, but this kid was special today. I have never seen a guy hit 4 in a game before. I didn't enjoy it, but it was special." Allen Braun grounded out in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Mike Wright in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Jon Flores in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Pyeong-kyu Leem in the 7th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Hector Arellano in the 8th.
