Alpha Conference Top Pitcher Selected Monday, September 23rd , 2080 Brandon Halfhill was the most outstanding pitcher in the Alpha Conference this year and today was acclaimed the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner for his efforts. Halfhill had a marvelous season, going 11-5 with an impressive 2.60 ERA in 26 starts. He struck out 131 in 155.2 innings and limited opposing batters to a .213 batting average. He received 12 first place votes out of a possible 30. Eduardo Serrano of the Quahog Players finished second in voting with 9 first place votes, while Dan Haferkamp of the Quahog Players finished third with 9 first place votes.
