AC Reliever of the Year Award Winner Named

At the age of 25, Zach Rogala says he still has a lot to learn about life in RSL Triple A.

But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the Guadalajara Charros reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2076 Alpha Conference Reliever of the Year Award.

"I hope to win this a few more times before all is said and done in my career," the
Carlsbad, New Mexico native said.

For the season, Rogala had 3 saves in 41 relief appearances, which totaled 70.2. He fanned 72 betters, while walking 20 and put up a record of 6-2 to go with his 0.89 ERA.

He received 17 first place votes out of a possible 30. Nees van Santen of the Saint Petersburg Red Wings finished second in voting with 11 first place votes, while Dean Salter of the Anchorage Homesteads finished third with 2 first place votes.
