Vargas Slaps 5 Hits Thursday, August 6th , 2076 Guadalajara Charros third baseman Marcos Vargas went 5-for-6 today and paced Guadalajara to a 11-10 victory over the Rochester Reds at Charros Ballpark. "Well, that was fun," Vargas said following the game. Marcos Vargas walked in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a two-run double in the 7th, doubled in the 9th and singled in the 10th.
