BC's #1 Player Named Monday, August 16th , 2077 The hottest bat of the week belonged to Jersey City second baseman Ling-kung Fung. He went on a rampage last week against BC hurlers and rapped out 9 hits in 19 at-bats for a .474 average while hitting 4 home runs, driving in 10 runs and scoring 4 runs -- numbers quite worthy of the Beta Conference Player of the Week trophy. Fung was honored today at a press conference. Posting a .209 batting average to date, Fung has 16 home runs and 40 RBIs. |
