Great Day for Tercero -- 5 Hits Thursday, August 26th , 2083 Chugiak-Eagle River first baseman Frankie Tercero had a big day at Hamilton Ballpark against the Hamilton Argonauts. The 24-year-old, who is not typically considered a big threat with the bat, went 5-for-6 and led to the 15-10 Chinooks triumph over Hamilton. "Hey, I'm as surprised as you guys are," Tercero said in his postgame comments, smiling as he scolded the press corps for underestimating him. "Maybe I'm not so bad at the plate after all." Frankie Tercero grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 4th, doubled in the 7th, hit a two-run single in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
