Baton Rouge's Lei AC #1 Batter in August Friday, September 1st , 2079 When Guo-feng Lei stepped up to the plate in August he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Alpha Conference Batter of the Month award. The young Baton Rouge first baseman posted a .373 batting average with 10 home runs, 27 RBIs and scored 26 runs. Lei also worked pitchers for 18 walks to post a .467 on-base percentage. This season, Lei has 24 home runs and a .333 batting average. |
