No Playoff Berth Coming for Rochester Sunday, August 27th , 2079 The Rochester Reds may feel they were as good as the playoff teams this year, but the club has ultimately fallen short of qualifying and will watch the postseason from the sidelines. "It's frustrating because we really feel like we could have given any of the teams a run for their money," said starting pitcher Leonel Laffita. The Reds have made the playoffs 13 times in their 90 years as a RSL Triple A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 12th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2067.
