Jose Arredondo Hurt, Out for Year Sunday, August 6th , 2079 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Blaze when after today's game against the Tigercats, the club found out they would be without the services of Jose Arredondo for at least 5 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Arredondo was injured earlier today throwing a pitch and suffered shoulder inflammation. Looking at his season stats to date, Arredondo has 2 saves in 15 relief appearances with a 2-1 record and 3.32 ERA. |
