Best Starter Chosen by Alpha Conference Friday, July 1st , 2078 The hottest hurler in the Alpha Conference last month was Manny Ochoa of the Baton Rouge Kings. He caught the attention of everybody in the league with some eye-catching stats, good enough to win the AC Pitcher of the Month. In June, Ochoa starred with an impressive 5-0 record. In 5 starts he gave up 24 base hits and struck out 28 in 35.2 innings with a 2.02 ERA. In 13 starts this season, Ochoa has rung up a 7-1 record and a 2.85 ERA. |
