Guadalajara's Parmenter Sidelined for Season Sunday, June 19th , 2078 Tom Parmenter has to call it a season. The Guadalajara Charros starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Anchorage Homesteads and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Parmenter was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as bone chips in his elbow and stated that he would not be able to play for 4 months. Checking out his stats for the season, Parmenter has registered 5 wins and 6 losses in 14 starts, posted a 3.93 ERA, and struck out 71 batters in 75.2 innings. |
