Going Once! Twice! Gone Again! 3 HR for Schneider Monday, June 1st , 2076 It was a good day for the San Bernadino Sun Devils and an exceptional one for Ray Schneider. The 23-year-old right fielder sent three bombs out of the park to help the Sun Devils beat the Jersey City Sea Serpents 9-8 at Field of the Sea Serpents. "When you're in the zone, the game really slows down," Schneider said when asked about his performance later. "I couldn't even tell you what pitches were thrown. Today feels great, but it is a long season and tomorrow is another day." For the day, he scored 3 times, drove in 4 runs and smacked 3 hits in 5 at-bats. Ray Schneider flied out in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Dong-hoon Jung in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Orileidis Valdes in the 8th and hit a solo-shot off Maurice Grimes in the 9th.
