Kazama Torches Sun Devils for 5 Hits Wednesday, May 25th , 2078 It doesn't happen very often, but it did for Michiyo Kazama -- a 5-hit effort. He went on a rampage at Sun Devil Stadium and paced the 12-3 Traders win over the San Bernadino Sun Devils. After his dynamite batting performance, the Lincoln third baseman told reporters that he "just tried to get in a good count and have a good at-bat. That's all I can control." His philosophy paid dividends today. He slammed 5 hits in 5 tries and put his name in the record book. Michiyo Kazama singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 6th and singled in the 8th. Kazama is hitting at a .299 mark this season.
