Zaldivar Sends Baton Rouge Bats to Deep Freeze Saturday, June 1st , 2080 Today was Alcides Zaldivar's turn in the rotation for the Fremont Roadsters and he made the most of it, shutting out the Baton Rouge Kings on 2 hits. The 21-year-old right-hander led the Roadsters to an easy 7-0 victory, allowing no walks and tallying 5 strikeouts. "I hope we miss him next time," Baton Rouge manager said.
