Mallards Pickering BC Hitter of the Week Monday, May 23rd , 2078 Arlington Mallards second baseman Eric Pickering had a great time at the plate last week, running up some sensational numbers that no one else could match. Few people were surprised today when the Beta Conference named him Player of the Week. Pickering banged out 10 hits in 26 at-bats on the way to a .385 batting average. He also racked up 3 home runs, 12 RBIs and 7 runs scored. So far this season, Pickering has hit .316 with 5 home runs, 26 RBIs and scored 14 times. |
