Cortes Selected BC Player of the Week Monday, April 18th , 2078 Luis Cortes demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Beta Conference Player of the Week Award. The Akron designated hitter wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .357 average (10-for-28) with 7 home runs and 16 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. |
