Echeverria Hits for the Cycle Monday, April 22nd , 2080 Mark Echeverria showed off his speed, his power and his plate discipline at Calgary Center, putting together all facets of his game to hit for the cycle in the Calgary win. The 22-year-old left fielder went 4-for-5, collecting 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run to help the Cannons top the San Antonio Texicans by a score of 11-3. A jubilant Echeverria told reporters afterward that the experience was "unimaginable." "Seriously, I would have been happy going 1-for-5 with just the double," he said. "So this feels incredible." For the day, Echeverria finished with 3 runs batted in and 4 runs scored to go with his 4 hits.
