Spinners Arroya Smacks 5 Hits Friday, April 12th , 2080 It was a parade of hits for Juan Arroya of the Riverside Spinners at Anaheim Grounds. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Arroya finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Spinners to a win, 12-8. "Arroya was really good and we were really bad," groaned Rage manager . "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
