Playoffs Won't Happen for Ghouls Friday, July 28th , 2079 The Chula Vista Ghouls will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2079 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Chula Vista was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Chula Vista last appeared in the postseason in 2010. This is their 69th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 82 times in their 90-year history. Chula Vista last won the League Championship in 2009. |
