Jordan Viera Out for 9-10 Months Friday, June 25th , 2083 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Charros when after today's game against the Sumos, the club found out they would be without the services of Jordan Viera for at least 9-10 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Viera was injured earlier today throwing a pitch and suffered a torn labrum. To date this season, Viera has registered 9 starts, 0-1 won-lost mark, 5.06 ERA, 26.2 IP, 28 strikeouts and 20 walks. Opposing teams have hit .260 against him. |
