Moreno Valley's Batista Bags BC Top Batter for April Saturday, May 1st , 2083 Yem Batista is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Moreno Valley right fielder joined that select company when the Beta Conference announced the results of April's voting. Batista totaled 33 hits, 6 walks, 6 home runs, 19 RBIs and 21 runs scored last month to put together a .355 batting average and .406 on-base percentage. |
