Week's Premier Performer Honored by EC Monday, September 19th , 2072 Julio Morales demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Eastern Conference Player of the Week Award. The Philadelphia right fielder wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .440 average (11-for-25) with 5 home runs and 12 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. So far this season Morales has hit .274 with 35 home runs, 116 RBIs and scored 82 times. |
