Sweet Swing, Sweet Month for Rookie Horn Sunday, September 1st , 2080 Chris Horn earned August's Rookie of the Month honors in the Western Conference for last month's performance. The boyish Kansas City first baseman might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Horn hit .402 with 9 home runs, 28 RBIs and 22 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. Horn is currently batting .311 with 26 home runs and 70 RBIs. |
