Tucson Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 13th , 2079 The Tucson Toros will have to play out the season without even the faintest glimmer of hope for a late-season playoff push. The club was mathematically eliminated today from postseason contention. Tucson last appeared in the postseason in 2077. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 79 times in their 90-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Toros have made the playoffs 2 times. |
