WC Star of the Week Announced Monday, September 11th , 2079 Rickey Pfau is respected by most Phoenix Thunderbirds fans for his no-frills style of play. The 30-year-old first baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Western Conference Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .455 average (10-for-22) with 4 home runs, 6 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This year, Pfau has collected a .242 batting average to date with 133 hits in 550 at-bats, 68 RBIs, 20 home runs and scored 97 times. He has played in 136 games. |
