Rookie Masrani Named Best in August Wednesday, September 1st , 2083 The Eastern Conference scribes have selected August's Rookie of the Month and have awarded the honor to Rajam Masrani of Washington. For the month of August the 23-year-old Masrani recorded a 5-0 won-lost mark with a 1.70 ERA and 41 strikeouts in 42.1 innings. This year, Masrani has recorded a 6-5 mark. In 18 starts he has fanned 111 batters in 122.1 innings with a 3.09 ERA. |
