Glaciers Miguel Feria Will Miss Season Friday, July 8th , 2078 Miguel Feria is doubtful to make the playoffs this year, according to sources within the Denver organization. Although the injury was initially thought to be not serious, tests have revealed the player will be out up to 7 months with a torn anterior cruciate ligament. The 26-year-old third baseman suffered the injury running the bases in a recent game against the Toronto Juggernauts. In 54 games this season, Feria has compiled a .396 batting average with 53 hits and 5 home runs. He has also scored 22 times and knocked in 24 runs. |
