Chicago-Minneapolis Trade: Tenorio for Diamond Sunday, July 3rd , 2078 The Chicago Phantoms announced a deal with the Vikings today, sending 23-year old minor league C Diego Tenorio and 21-year old minor league RHP Chandler Godar to Minneapolis for 32-year old RHP Marc Diamond. It had been talked about for the past few weeks and everything came together late last night. All players are expected to be joining their respective clubs shortly. Up to now Diamond has compiled an ERA of 4.78 with a 3-5 mark over 15 starts. He has 54 strikeouts in 81 innings and has held opponents to a .259 batting average. |
