Davila Collects EC Pitching Award Friday, July 1st , 2078 In June, Roberto Davila tore through the Eastern Conference like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 23 years old. The young Miami starter posted a 5-0 mark and an ERA of 2.15 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 37.2 innings he collected 46 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .187 average. This season, Davila has a 8-1 record with a 3.09 ERA. |
