Manduley's Season Could be Over Sunday, June 19th , 2078 The season is finished for Alfredo Manduley of the Boston Greens. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Greens reliever suffered shoulder inflammation while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Brooklyn Browns. Team doctors said it would take at least 7 months to heal. To date this year, Manduley has won 2 and lost 2 with a 5.23 ERA, no saves and 31 strikeouts in 24 relief appearances. |
