Testaverde, Cisar Swap Clubs Sunday, June 12th , 2078 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Chicago Phantoms and the Las Vegas Aces have agreed to a deal that will have 27-year old minor league LF Jacob Testaverde, 26-year old C Lourenço Lockhart, 26-year old RHP David Calzacorta, and 20-year old 1B Arlen Fennell heading to Las Vegas in exchange for 24-year old LHP Dylan Cisar, 21-year old CF Bible Mahoney, and a 1st round draft pick. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. In the current season, Testaverde has put up a .278 batting average with 58 hits, 14 home runs, 46 runs batted in and scored 41 runs. This year, Cisar has a 4-6 record with a 5.15 ERA in 11 starts. |
