Juggernauts Tony Fonseca to Miss Year Sunday, June 16th , 2080 Tony Fonseca has to call it a season. The Toronto Juggernauts center fielder sustained a season-ending injury against the Havana Metropolitanos and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Fonseca was injured while running the bases. His doctors diagnosed it as a severely strained hip muscle and stated that he would not be able to play for 5 months. To date this season, Fonseca is hitting .292 with 4 home runs. |
