DTD Injury Puts Cobo Out of Lineup Saturday, June 15th , 2080 New York team officials speculated whether star left fielder Zahi Cobo would be scratched from today's ballgame after he suffered knee tendinitis in yesterday's matchup with the Cincinnati Twins. Cobo denied reports that he would miss a lot of time, but added that he would not risk further injury by playing. Cobo is currently hitting at a .342 pace with 15 home runs and 43 RBIs. He has played in 64 games and scored 71 times. |
