Twins Right Fielder Tineo Hurt Monday, June 10th , 2080 Jose Tineo had to leave the Twins game against Washington after suffering a torn calf muscle while running the bases. He will be out of the lineup at least 4 months. He told reporters, "I just felt a sharp pain when it happened. I knew there was something wrong." This year, Tineo has hit 3 home runs and posted a .250 batting average. |
